Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your piece as much as we loved making it for you. All Dutch Hollow General pieces are handcrafted and each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, however we understand that seeing jewelry on the internet and trying it on are very different. If for any reason you are unhappy, refunds can be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@dutchhollowgeneral.com and include your name and order details. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. You must insure all returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Replacement items will be shipped back to customer at our cost.
If there is a problem with your piece, and it is not due to normal wear or personal misuse, contact us at info@dutchhollowgeneral.com within 30 days. We'll repair or replace your item free of charge.
Shipping
In Stock items on our site will ship within 3-5 days. Within the US, orders are shipped via USPS Priority $8.00 Flat Rate. Allow an extra 1-3 days for delivery from the date your item leaves Dutch Hollow General. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or federal holidays. A rush shipment may be available for an additional fee, please contact us for further details and availability at info@dutchhollowgeneral.com.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping rates are $19.95 (USD) to Canada, and $23.95 (USD) to all other countries. We cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to residents of California state.
Maintaining Your Jewelry
Most Dutch Hollow General jewelry is patinaed to create a naturally aged appearance and does not require special effort to maintain this look. We think its beauty is enhanced over time, but if desired you may use a soft polishing cloth to gently wipe your jewelry.
